The biggest part of being an artist is to have a consistent commission feed. Doing this allows me the ability to work on projects I would have never planned on doing until it comes up via a patron. With the wide variety of custom work it grows my catalog and improves my skills on a massive scale. Commissions are anything from a picture of your favorite pet in pencil or watercolor to a family portrait you want captured in an artistic lens. What is possible?
Portraits: This would be your standard picture of a family photo, pet, selfie or things of that nature. Prices will vary depending on how many subjects are in the picture as well as how big the piece should be.
Action shots: This is what I would consider to be the bread and butter of what I do when I have free reign and no commissions. I find myself looking at various celebrity social media posts and finding interesting images that have a nice composition. This would include things like an athlete in your families pictures from their competition or things like:
Athletic figures
Musicians and Artists
Race cars/shots
Stills from movies/TV shows
Landscapes

ABSTRACT ACRYLICS

Abstract art has always had a place in my heart and creating it is one of the more fun things I get to do. Getting a custom acrylic piece would include choosing colors you would like included and picking a size as well as choosing the mounting style. The mounting styles vary between:
Standard: would be mounted on a stiff backing and you would then get to put it with a frame you already own or a frame you want to buy.
Frame-less: The piece would be glued onto a piece of lightweight foam and then sealed to protect it properly. This allows you to easily display large paintings without having to invite a friend over to help hang it up. This would also enable it to be hung by damage-less methods such as the velcro hangers.
Canvas: The painting would be painted onto a pre-made canvas and would be completely covered in the paint to hide the original canvas color. Standard canvas hanging methods apply.
Resin Wood: This is a little more specific but the painting would be made in between the live edge of a piece of wood with the bark still attached. A thick resin would be put on top to ensure the most protection to the piece. Size would be limited.
